Degree Requirements

The requirements for the master's degree in chemical engineering are a minimum of two semesters in residence, at least 20 credit hours of course work other than thesis (including at least two 500-level lecture courses in chemical engineering), and the M.S. thesis. In recent years, the average time required for this degree has been 11 to 18 months.
